How to create copies of your DVDs

How do I create backup copies of my Arizona Scanning DVDs?

Now that you have received your new DVDs from Arizona Scanning you may want to share your slides and photos with your relatives and make backup copies of your Arizona Scanning DVDs.

How to copy your Arizona Scanning DVD:
  • Make sure you have a DVD recorder installed in your computer (check the label on the front of your DVD drive to ensure it states "Recorder" or has a R/RW label).

  • Insert the Arizona Scanning DVD into the DVD R/RW drive.

  • If a D: or E: Drive window pops up click on Cancel

  • Click on the Start button (lower left corner of your monitor)

  • Click on All Programs

  • Click on Roxio --> Projects --> Copy

  • Click on Copy Disc

  • Click on the big red button (the Arizona Scanning DVD images will now be copied to a temporary folder on your computer)

  • When prompted remove the Arizona Scanning DVD from the tray and insert a new blank DVD +R disc into the drive

  • Click on OK (the Arizona Scanning images will now be copied from your computer to the new blank DVD +R disc)

  • When the tray ejects the new DVD +R remove the disc and label appropriately

  • Click on Done and then EXIT the Roxio program

Congratulations! You have now made a copy of your original Arizona Scanning DVD. Make several copies and send them to your relatives and store the original in a safe deposit box!
